Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Custom printed items may have different return conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at managers@slryxelldlox.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom Products

Custom printed or personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review custom orders carefully before approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
